01 What Noor AI is

Noor is a subscription software service (SaaS). It gives you an Arabic, right-to-left chat interface, forwards your messages to AI models operated by third-party providers, and shows you their responses. We do not build or own these models — we provide the access layer, the interface, the usage limits and the billing around them.

We may add, remove, replace or change models and features at any time, particularly when an upstream provider retires a model or changes its terms or pricing. We do not guarantee that any specific model stays available for the duration of your subscription.

02 Accounts

• You must be 16 or older to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
• Accounts are personal and individual. Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account or subscription.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you register and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at support@noorai.chat if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are created to work around free-plan limits.

03 Subscription and billing

By subscribing to Noor Pro you authorise the recurring monthly charge to your saved payment method until you cancel. Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle and sent to your email.

We may change subscription prices in the future. A price change never affects your current billing cycle. We will notify you by email before it applies to your next renewal, and you remain free to cancel before then.

Free trial: new accounts receive a limited number of trial messages. The trial is one per person, has no cash value, is not refundable or transferable, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

04 Acceptable use

When using Noor, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law, or help someone else do so.
• Create or distribute content that incites hatred, violence or terrorism, or that harasses or abuses individuals or groups.
• Generate any sexual content involving minors or any material that exploits children — this results in immediate and permanent account closure.
• Impersonate another person, or forge documents, identities or official correspondence.
• Commit fraud or phishing, distribute malware, or attempt to compromise systems you do not own.
• Knowingly spread disinformation on medical, electoral or financial matters.
• Process other people's sensitive personal data without a lawful basis or their consent.
• Attempt to bypass service limits or safety filters, or extract internal system instructions.
• Use heavy automated access (scripts, bots, scraping), or resell Noor's outputs as a competing AI service.
• Share one account among multiple users, or use it to serve your own clients instead of them buying their own subscriptions.

You also agree to the model providers' own usage policies, since your messages are processed by them. Breaching this section may result in suspension or termination without a refund for the remaining period.

05 Service limits and fair use

Every plan — including paid plans — is subject to fair-use limits that protect service stability and quality for all subscribers. These typically include:

• A daily or monthly message cap, depending on your plan and the model used.
• Rate limits per minute, and limits on single-message size and conversation context length.
• Limits on the size and type of uploaded files and images.
• Separate, stricter limits for higher-cost models.

Current limits are published on the pricing page or shown in the app. We may adjust them for operational reasons or when provider costs change. When you reach a limit, sending pauses until the period resets or you upgrade.

06 AI-generated content disclaimer

• Noor's outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering or psychological advice, and are no substitute for a licensed professional.
• Do not rely on outputs for consequential financial, legal or health decisions without independent verification.
• Always verify numbers, dates, quotations, references and any legal or religious rulings before using or publishing them.
• The same question may produce different answers across attempts or models. That is inherent to how these models work.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, publish or act on the outputs.

07 Your content and intellectual property

What you put in

You keep all rights in the content you send to Noor (messages, files, images — your "inputs"). You confirm you have the right to submit them and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your inputs solely to operate the service: forwarding them to the model provider, displaying the response, storing your conversations in your account, and diagnosing technical faults. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.

What the model produces

We claim no ownership of the outputs generated for you, and we assign you any rights we might otherwise have in them, to the extent permitted by law. Two caveats: (a) the model may produce similar outputs for other users asking similar questions, so we cannot promise exclusivity; (b) your local law may not recognise copyright in machine-generated content. Verify this before any commercial use.

What we own

The Noor AI name, the نور mark, our logo, visual identity, interfaces, source code and product design are ours and protected by intellectual property law. A subscription grants you no right to copy, modify, reuse or build a derivative product from them.

08 Third-party providers

Noor depends on external providers to operate, principally:

• AI model providers — OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, some accessed through the OpenRouter routing service. Your messages are sent to them for processing and response generation.
• Paddle — payment, subscription, tax and invoicing processing as Merchant of Record.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — servers, databases and file storage.

These providers operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes. For full detail on what data is shared, see our Privacy Policy.

09 Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@noorai.chat. Cancelling only stops the next renewal: you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

To delete your account and data permanently, use the account deletion page or contact support. Deletion is irreversible and is not by itself a refund request — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may suspend or terminate the service where these Terms are breached, where we suspect fraud or abuse, where payment fails, or where required by law or a competent authority.

10 Refunds

Refund requests are handled under a separate policy that sets out the cases we consider, how to submit a request and how long review takes: Refund & Cancellation Policy. Requests are assessed under that policy, Paddle's terms, and your statutory rights.

11 Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy of outputs, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity arising from your use of the service or reliance on its outputs. In any event, our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here is intended to exclude rights that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves or as legal requirements change. For any material change we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email or in-app a reasonable time before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change; if you do not, you can cancel before your next renewal.

13 General

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
• Not enforcing a right at one time does not waive it later.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
• Noor is operated from the Kingdom of Bahrain and these Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
• If the Arabic and English versions of this document conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
